On the palate, this wine is soft, harmonious and offers us a beautiful aromatic expression (apricot, peach, lemon which slip some iodine notes in the final). Of great freshness, this 2013 is definitely a “fun wine” we gladly will taste a seafood platter, a swordfish carpaccio or just a nice cheese plate.
