Son Negre is only launched into the market only in those vintages in which two conditions are satisfied: after the oak aging we obtain a wine of exceptional quality; and the wine shows the characteristics of the 3 parcels. Otherwise, the wine is used to produce Àn. This wine comes as a result of a collaboration with the artist Miquel Barceló, who designs an exclusive label for each of the Son Negre’s vintages.
