It is grown on a nearby site to his cru Barolo Cannubi, Enzo’s top Barbera spends 12 months in large oak barrels and a minimum of 8 months in bottle. On the nose there is an incredible concentration of blackberries and dark cherries, with a hint spice. On the palate it’s a very full and rounded, yet elegant Barbera, with layers of dark fruit and spice – a perfect balance between fruit and acidity. Superb with lamb.
