Perfect lemon green in colour. Being lower in ripeness, the oak regime was changed to very little new oak and not a long time in barrel. Bright citrus aromas and bran meal characters from the wild ferment. While mid weight, the palate has great tropical fruit flavours. This is certainly helped by a fresh acidity to carry those flavours.
