Beautiful pale yellow colour, bright with golden undertones. The nose is very open with rich aromas of yellow flesh fruit and tropical fruit such as fresh pineapple and mango. The minerality of the Keuper marls on the Chateau’s terroir is apparent here. A few smoked notes. The palate is fleshy and mineral at the same time with aromas of white-flesh fruit, small peaches and almonds. The balance between the minerality and the flesh gives this wine a unique sensation. The final is rich on apricots and is uplifted by toasted aromas.
